Big three calculator

About this calculator

Astrologers call the Sun, Moon and rising sign the big three. The Sun sign is the one most people know; the Moon changes sign about every two and a half days; the rising sign (Ascendant) changes about every two hours, so it needs a birth time and a birth place. The positions come from the same engine as the full chart: NASA JPL's DE440 ephemeris and the historical time zone of the birth place.
