Delete your account

This deletes your Stellunia account on the website and in the Stellunia app. It happens at once and cannot be undone.

1. Sign in at stellunia.com/me. In the app, open the Me tab and tap "My charts & reports on the web", which opens the same page.
2. At the bottom of that page, under Delete account, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Deleted immediately: your email address and sign-in details (including the Google sign-in link), every chart, reading, report and question on the account, your notification registrations, and any remaining credits.

Kept: records of payments (date, amount, product), with no email or chart attached, for as long as accounting law requires; and crash reports the app already sent, which carry no account details and expire on their own within 90 days.

Cannot sign in? Email support@stellunia.com from the address on the account and we will delete it within 7 days.

Delete a chart

Open the chart and use the delete button at the bottom of the page, or paste its link here. Deleting a chart removes its readings and reports too. Paid reports cannot be recovered after deletion.

To delete payment records or anything not tied to a chart link or an account, or to ask what we hold about you, email support@stellunia.com from the address you paid with. We answer within 7 days.
