MingLiTong (“we,” “us,” “MingLiTong”) — published on Google Play as “BaZi Chart: Chinese Astrology” (Android package com.minglitong.app) — is operated by KAISON GLOBAL (FZE) and available at minglitong.com. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use our services — including BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, compatibility, annual forecasts, and date selection — and the rights you have over your information. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to provide core functionality, and we may use preference and analytics cookies. You can manage or clear cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent some features from working.

Readings and chat replies are generated in real time by the AI model providers above; we do not send your payment information or account password to them.
In a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction; we will ensure the recipient remains bound by this Policy or notify you in advance.
Our service integrates the official publishing APIs of Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram / Threads) to post content on our own brand accounts. This integration does not require you to sign in with a social account, and generally does not collect your personal data as an end user of those platforms. When you interact with our social pages, that activity is also governed by each platform’s own privacy policy.
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including for the life of your account and as needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. After you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Our servers and providers may be located outside your country or region. By using our services you understand and consent to such cross-border transfers, and we will apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information.
Our service is intended for adults 18 years or older and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
The BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, and other metaphysical content provided by MingLiTong is for cultural study, entertainment, and self-reflection only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Please do not make major life decisions based solely on this service.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the website or by email. The updated Policy takes effect on the date published, and the latest update date is shown at the top.
